Payment of 30% Pre-Retirement benefits from Employees’ Provident Fund
To complete the application process, please provide the following documents:
- The certified application form (S form) endorsed by your current employer
- A certified copy of the “B” card of current employment
- “B” cards of previous employments
- National Identity Card along with a certified copy endorsed by the employer ( In the absence of the National Identity Card, a valid driving license, a valid passport can be submitted)
- Copy of the bank passbook
- Service certificate obtained within the last three months from the current employer
- Please read the guidelines for other necessary documents required pertaining to your withdrawal purpose.
